Please be aware that a large portion of our French & Italian library is in cellar storage away from the store, and may require 24-48 hours notice to retrieve. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent issues with Credit Card chargeback fraud, we do not take credit card information over the phone. Our processor requires the following procedure & information from us for any transactions processed with a credit card that is not present in the store:
Photograph of the driver’s license & credit card from the purchaser, full matching billing address including CVC/CID, zip code and phone number for that credit card, and delivery/shipping address for the order including contact information for the person receiving the delivery. This information protects us from possible fraud. Please email order information to the above address. Venmo is available for transactions from outside the United States or where a credit card can’t be provided. We cannot manually process credit cards that are issued outside the United States, those orders will need to be payed for in person at the store or via Vemno.
Local Free Delivery – by 24hr advance scheduled appointment, minimum purchase – Vail Village(Same day delivery is possible) – $250, Lionshead, Ford Park/Golf Course/Golden Peak – $500, East Vail & West Vail – $1000. Outside of those areas, please inquire.
Shipping is available, please inquire. We use FedEx for ground & express shipping. We are currently permitted by FedEx to send insured parcels of wine only to the following states: AK, CA, DC, FL, ID, LA, NE, NV, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV, & WY.
No sales tax on out-of-state deliveries. Please provide a ‘ship to’ address and desired shipping speed with your product request for shipping quotes. Thank you!
